NAVIGATE Study

NAVIGATE Phase III Studies with nizubaglustat (AZ-3102)

NAVIGATE consists of two pivotal Phase III studies evaluating the efficacy and safety of nizubaglustat compared with placebo in patients with late-infantile and juvenile forms of GM1 and GM2 gangliosidoses and Niemann-Pick type C disease. These global, double-blind trials are assessing once-daily oral treatment across multiple sites in the United States, Europe and Latin America.

The studies are currently recruiting patients and will provide critical data to support potential regulatory approval of nizubaglustat.
